• Certification in SAP HCM is preferred, but not mandatory
• Excellent configuration skills in SAP HCM modules, specifically in OM, PA, Time & Payroll
• Very Good customizing skills in Time Schemas is mandatory
• Very good customizing skills in Payroll US or Payroll India
• Knowledge and hands-on skills in any other HCM modules will be an add-on
