Your key responsibilities:
• Leading a team of experts in SAP PPQMVC MMWM area
• Must Manage team, employee relations, motivation, recruitment, attrition, conflict resolution.
• Team’s work planning, mentoring, escalation handling, shift rostering, resource management
• Periodic Management Reporting, assist in annual budgeting
• Contributing in and driving practices based on industry best practices e.g. ITIL processes related to Incident Management, Request Management, Change Management, Problem Management for your area of responsibility
• Taking ownership of ticket handling process as per guidelines / best practices and achieving set KPIs for yourself and team
