Minimum 8-10 years of Implementation and Support experience in SAP HCM and Payroll with minimum 1 implementation in SAP S/4 HANA
• Key Skills Required: OM,PA,TIME Positive and KSA(SAUDI) Payroll.
• Ability to configure Personnel Administration and Organizational Management
• Extensive experience in configuring Work schedules, Holiday calendar, Attendance types, Absence types, generate time quotas and time evaluation, HR Time
• Knowledge and experience in Payroll Schema, Rule changes
• Experience in HR Time Management
• Expertise hands on experience of writing / configuring Personal Calculation rules (PC) to handle various business scenarios in Time Management Payroll
• Effective leadership skills including excellent communication and presentation skills.
