• Provide technical support for SAP issues like system dumps, job management, printer & spool administration along with enabling SAP user 
• Perform system refreshes, client copies and server migrations.
• Create & maintain SAP Basis documentation with regards to System operational procedures & instructions including changes to SAP landscape 
• Adherence to SAP Basis on-call support.
• Liaise with cross functional teams & business users to drive continuous improvement initiatives while remaining current with emerging industry
