Role & Responsibilities

• Responsible for successful completion of technology projects within the area of responsibility.
• Specializes in the application or technical architecture.
• Responsible for supervising deliverable development.
• Instill a commitment to quality, customer service, ownership, and teamwork.
• Define and manage team structure and resource levels to support the business needs of the application area.
• Confirm requirements with the client and drive the design of APO esp. within SNP and PP/DS side.
• Coordinate efforts between client functional leads, business users, and offshore teams.
