• Deliver the SAP FICO projects with basic understanding of other SAP modules
• Participate in designing the SAP FICO Solutions for the customers / clients
• Prepare functional specification for customization and Z developments
• Help manage the financial aspects of engagements by organizing staffing, tracking fees and communicating issues to project leaders
• Build strong internal relationships within the firm and with other services across the organization
• Contribute to people-related initiatives including recruiting, retaining and training internal resource pool
• Perform an appropriate role in business development in terms of presales and practice development. for example, presales, internal engagement and / or knowledge management
Skills and attributes for success
• The candidate should be able to drive the technical solution of SAP FICO projects.
• Should also have basic understanding of SAP SD ad SAP MM module.
• Candidate should be able to guide the team and communicate effectively with client and manage the projects with due balance of scope, cost & time.
• Good Knowledge on all modules of SAP FICO (Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivables, Asset Accounting, GL accounting Banking, Treasury)
• Good Knowledge on CO Modules (Cost Allocations/ cost centre accounting, profit centre accounting, product cost controlling, profitability analysis, Project System, Results Analysis, Unsettled Costs, Month End Close, Overhead assessment and settlement)
