Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Minimum 4 years of experience in SAP HR Functional for India , Japan & GCG countries.
At least one Implementation experience and 2 years of Support experience.
Hands on experience on SAP Payroll and SAP functional related configuration of Enterprise structure, Personal Structure, Payroll Area, Pay structure, Wage type characteristicsHands on experience on SAP OM / PA moduleTime Management knowledge can be added advantageAbility to independently analyze issues related to SAP HR Functional and payroll issuesDemonstrated communication skills in a customer/stakeholder facing environment.
