Lead, develop, own and execute Sales and Marketing vision, strategy and roadmap
Lead Sales and Marketing team to deliver solutions, build road map required to support the business growth and strategy
Drive team as a strategic asset and support with management tools and processes
Gain an in-depth understanding of technical and business processes to articulate use-cases/user-stories for identified features/capabilities for the identified platforms
Continually iterate to ensure customer needs are met and that the design remains highly useful and competitive
Collaborate with a cross-functional team of development, design, testing, research, and business to build amazing experiences for the end user
Lead research, testing, metrics analysis, data insights, and experimentations to help inform and drive decision-making
Understand customer pain points, assist in defining solutions, and bring them to life
Keeps abreast of technical trends and best practices and other similar tools/solutions in the market for benchmarking purposes.
Obsessed with the performance and usability of the solution design from the perspective of the various systems/stakeholders involved.
Ensure that the team has balanced tasks to work on
Define product vision, road-map and growth opportunities
Work closely with Product Management to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROI
