Position: HR Officer - Recruitment

Location: Mundra- Kutch

Experience: 5-8 Years

Industries: Chemical

Responsibilities
• Formulate a Manpower plan and share reports every week
• Lateral Hiring
• Source profiles via Social Media Job portals etc.
• Shortlist CVs basis JD and make a database of shortlisted CVs
• Telephonic preliminary HR screening
• Schedule interviews with Technical panel
• Recruit selected candidates by sharing offer letters
• Ensure engagement with candidate before joining
• On boarding and Induction of new joined
• Ensure release of appointment letter
• Take regular feedbacks from employee and the reporting Manager
• Release the confirmation letter
• Develop connects with HR recruitment firms and onboard them
• Prepare campus presentations
• Build relationships with universities offering graduate and post graduate courses in Mumbai
• Map the recruitment period and go for pre-placement talk
• End to end responsibility of Induction including 555 program, 35 evaluation program and review discussion with managers
• Build Recruitment and Induction module in HRMS software
• Plan Careers page on our website

Required Skills
• Candidate must have min 5 years of experience in recruitment.
• ERP Knowledge is must.
• Knowledge of HR Software/HRMS.
• Strong analytical skills and creative in problem solving skills
• Strong learning aptitude.
• Good in communication.

Required Qualification: MSW/MBA/PG - HR

Salary: Upto 8.00 LPA
