Job Description
• Evaluating employee performance and making recommendations for improvements in performance or behavior
• Providing training to new hires on company policies and procedures
• Ensuring that employees are working safely by conducting safety inspections and providing safety training to employees
• Monitoring productivity levels and attendance to help identify potential issues before they become serious problems
• Conducting exit interviews with departing employees to learn about the reasons for their departure and how the company can improve retention of employees in the future
• Reviewing employee records to ensure that they are eligible for promotions or raises according to company standards
• Evaluating employee performance, compiling reports on performance, and recommending action on performance issues
