Key Responsibilities:
• Recruitment & Onboarding:
• Manage the full recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
• Oversee the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
• Employee Relations:
• Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
• Address employee grievances and mediate conflicts to maintain a positive work environment.
• Foster a culture of open communication and employee engagement.
• Performance Management:
• Implement and manage performance appraisal systems to assess employee performance and development needs.
• Work with department heads to set performance goals and monitor progress.
• Provide support in developing training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
• Compliance & Policy Management:
• Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations applicable in Kerala.
• Update and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to HR policies and standards.
• Compensation & Benefits:
• Manage payroll processes in collaboration with the finance department.
• Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave policies, and retirement plans.
• Conduct salary benchmarking and provide recommendations on compensation structures.
• HR Strategy & Planning:
• Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
• Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to senior management for informed decision-making.
• Participate in workforce planning and succession planning initiatives.
• Training & Development:
• Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
• Oversee the organization of workshops, seminars, and other professional development activities.
• HR Systems & Reporting:
• Manage HR databases and ensure accurate record-keeping of employee information.
• Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review.
• Team Management:
• Lead and mentor junior HR team members, fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure HR initiatives align with overall company objectives.
