Job Summary:
The HR Executive will be responsible for supporting the HR department in various functions including recruitment, employee relations,payroll and statutory, performance management, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for creating a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
• Assist in the recruitment process including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
• Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
• Employee Relations:
• Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Help manage employee grievances and disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Performance Management:
• Assist in the implementation and monitoring of performance management systems.
• Support managers in setting objectives, conducting performance reviews, and providing feedback.
• Training and Development:
• Coordinate training sessions and professional development programs.
• Assist in identifying training needs and ensuring that employees have access to relevant resources.
• HR Administration:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.
• Prepare and manage HR reports and metrics as required.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Policy and Compliance:
• Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
• HR Projects:
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
• Assist with special HR-related assignments and projects as needed.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 3 years of experience in an HR role or related field.
• Skills:
• Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software (e.g., HRIS systems).
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
