Roles and Responsibilities
• Effectively perform inbound calls to target prospects.
• Understand customer needs and requirements
• Close sales and achieve targets.
• Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory team to build pipelines and close deals.
• Must have experience in brand and generic calls
• Knowledge of Amadeus is an addon

Desired Candidate Profile
• Proven inside sales experience
• Strong phone presence and experience dialing several calls per day
• Excellent verbal communication in Spanish
• Must have experience on Destination oriented calls
• Should be passionate about Travel Sales.
• Amending and Cancelling Flights, Processing Refunds, Repricing, Making New Reservations.
• Expert in handling Airline Calls and Online Queries.
• Meeting Monthly Performance Metrics.
• Strong listening and presentation skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
• Should be comfortable with US shift

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
