- Configure Workday Recruiting module: job requisitions, offer letters, onboarding
- Design and manage candidate pipeline workflows and business processes
- Set up Talent module: goals, performance reviews, succession planning
- Collaborate with HR teams to gather requirements and configure solutions
- Build recruiting reports and dashboards for HR leadership
- Workday Recruiting certification a strong plus
