Workday HCM Support Analyst – L1/L2

- Provide L1/L2 support for Workday HCM modules to global HR users
- Log, track and resolve incidents in ServiceNow within defined SLAs
- Support HR operations: worker data changes, org changes, position management
- Execute scheduled and ad-hoc EIB data loads
- Generate and maintain Workday reports for business stakeholders
- Shift timing: 1 PM – 10 PM IST (US client support)
