- Set up candidate pipeline stages, interview steps and scorecards
- Design onboarding business processes for new hires
- Build recruiting reports: open positions, pipeline summary, time-to-fill
- Conduct UAT and end-user training for TA teams
- Workday Recruiting certification is a plus
