- Handle L1 Workday HCM support tickets via ServiceNow for global HR users
- Process worker data changes: hires, transfers, terminations, promotions
- Execute scheduled and ad-hoc EIB data loads for HR operations
- Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 Workday functional team
- Maintain SLA adherence and issue resolution documentation
- Shift: 2 PM – 11 PM IST (US operations support)
