- Set up carryover, forfeiture and payout rules per Indian statutory norms
- Create absence business process workflows and eligibility conditions
- Integrate absence data with Workday Payroll and Time Tracking
- Manage leave balance corrections and absence adjustments
- Knowledge of Indian leave laws (PL, SL, CL, Maternity) is mandatory
