- Conduct analysis and provide configuration/programming services to modify existing applications and develop new applications.
- Participate in the testing of functions, applications and systems to ensure quality and system integrity.
- Provide end user support.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation.
- Maintain daily production schedules of core business systems.
- Acquire a deep understanding and display technical competancy of most key business systems.
- Acquire a variety of technical skills to be utilized in ERP support and development.
