• Performance monitoring & tuning, Problem analysis & resolution
• Monitor and maintain operational readiness of SAP applications and provide 24/7 support as needed
• Work with other teams to resolve problems where appropriate
• Perform system refreshes to support QA and project testing
• Execute documented procedures and workaround steps to address common issues
• Identify and proactively fix system issues through monitoring and early watch reports
• Execute Disaster Recovery procedures
