• Should be an independent to support L2/L3 of AMS and adhere to SLAs.
• Assigned incident resolution, Monitoring (Interfaces, Batch jobs), Service Requests fulfilment, Requirement gathering and User Access provisioning.
• Analysis, coding and testing, Functional and technical documentation, RCA and its relevant documentation, Creates SOPs.
• Provide process and application subject matter expertise.
• Expert knowledge of supply chain concepts especially around SIOP (sales, inventory and operations planning).
• Exposure to emerging technology and SAP new dimensional products like APO is preferred.
• Familiarity with system implementation standards and methodologies
