Role Description

This is a full-time on-site French Language (voice process) role located in Gurugram. The French Language specialist will be responsible for supporting a range of French-speaking clients and performing day-to-day language tasks. This role will require excellent verbal and written skills in French and English and the ability to effectively communicate across different platforms. Responsibilities include answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, and providing support as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Fluency in French and English (both written and verbal)

Graduation is mandatory

B2 certification is mandatory in French Language

Customer service experience,

Excellent Communication Skills Required
