German Language Trainer

Responsibilities:
• Conduct individual and group German language training sessions based on client needs and proficiency levels.
• Develop customized lesson plans and learning materials to suit different learning styles and objectives.
• Assess participants’ progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their language skills.
• Utilize innovative teaching methods and technologies to maximize learning outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records of participants’ attendance, progress, and performance.
• Collaborate with colleagues and management to continuously improve training programs and materials.
• Stay updated with advancements in language teaching methodologies and incorporate them into training sessions.

Requirements:
• Native or near-native proficiency in German.
• Proven experience as a German language trainer or instructor, preferably in a professional or educational setting.
• Strong understanding of language acquisition principles and teaching methods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Certification in language teaching
• Bachelor’s degree in German language, Linguistics, Education, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,095.87 - ₹35,541.79 per month
