German Tutor (C1 Level-2 years experience)

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate German Tutor to join our language learning team at Being Abroad. As a tutor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality language instruction, mentoring students in their language learning journey, and helping them achieve fluency.

Responsibilities :
• Teach and mentor students in mastering the German language.
• Design and implement structured German Language Curriculum lessons tailored to different proficiency levels, ensuring alignment with learning objectives and student needs.
• Overall management of German language programs
• Develop strong, trusted relationships with students, acting as their guide throughout the learning process.
• Create and execute lesson plans tailored to the unique needs of each student.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in language teaching and exam preparation.
• Handle both inbound and outbound inquiries related to German language learning.
• Conduct regular follow-ups to assess student progress and address any challenges.
• Help students prepare for language proficiency tests such as Goethe or TestDaF.
• Foster a supportive, friendly, and engaging learning environment for students.
• Maintain records of student progress and provide regular feedback.

Requirements :
• C-1 Level Proficiency in German (Goethe / Zertifikat or equivalent certification).
• 2-3 years of experience in teaching German language.
• Strong knowledge of German grammar, vocabulary, and cultural insights.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teaching skills.
• Passion for providing the best possible learning experience.
• Ability to adapt lessons based on individual learning styles.
• Enthusiastic, patient, and empathetic in student interactions.
• Self-motivated and able to work in a dynamic, start-up environment.

Salary : 50,000-60,000 INR per month (depending on experience)
