Responsibilities:
• Recruit, screen, interview and onboard new staff
• Handle employee grievances, complaints and disciplinary issues
• Administer employee benefits and payroll
• Provide advice and guidance on HR policies and procedures
• Track and manage employee performance
• Develop and implement training and development programs
• Monitor and review HR data and metrics
• Research and evaluate best practices and make recommendations
