- Supported multiple developments in C4C like : Lead Management System, Sales quote, Surveys, Sales orders.
- Having the basic knowledge on Customer creation & pushing, Product pushing, Sales quote creation, Sales order creation & pricing calling in SAP.
- Having the knowledge on IDoc checking & manually processing in SAP to C4C
