• Deep expertise of Salesforce & Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) platform architecture to drive the OOTB Implementation of the business requirement.
• Advocate platform led design thinking reducing the customisations on the platform & aligning the implementations with the Salesforce Industries Product Roadmap.
• Demonstrates thought leadership & technical expertise across key SFI functional areas e. g. Digital Commerce, EPC, CPQ, OM etc.
• Experience of setting up solution & technical assurance for Salesforce implementation & drive best practises of design/development.
• Understanding of the platform extensions to guide the development teams for complex implementations.
• Experience of Salesforce ecosystem tools & release processes to improve the quality of deliverables and reduce TCO of the platform.
• Salesforce & Salesforce Industries certifications preferred.
