• Identify, evaluate, and recommend other key technologies required to support and improve the business processes centered on the Salesforce.com platform.
• Work directly with other consultants/ Developers to support and drive larger (more complex) projects.
• Stay up to date on SFDC capabilities and releases and identify what would be good fit for the application and organization
• Develop, test and deploy customizations, custom objects, new functionality and AppExchange Apps based on evolving business needs.
• Create unit, integration, and user acceptance test plans for new enhancements, including use cases and test data
• Establish, implement, and administer best practices with regards to system maintenance, security, release management, improvements, data integrity, duplicates, etc
