• Develop and manage processes for new business onboarding
• Manage vendor support relationships and vendor support of end users
• Support internal Communities of product users via community meetings, training offerings
• Partner with Product team to manage projects through all stages of project lifecycle (business request, requirements gathering, time/cost estimation, delivery, transition to operational support).
• Work collaboratively with Operations and Engineering teams
