Minimum of 3 years’ experience in real estate and facilities / space planning.
Degree in architecture, design or related field with knowledge of architectural standards and principles.
Proficiency with autocad, g-mail, g-cal and cafm/iwms systems.
Ability to read and interpret floor plans and construction documents.
1-3 years experience with serraview space planning software would be an advantage.
Prior experience or exposure to multiple activities such as workplace programs, budget, relocations, projects and workplace services is an added advantage.
