• Developing business requirements and related business rules based on business needs for Salesforce.
• Working cross-functionally with key members of the Sales and Marketing team as well as key stakeholders in technology and the global organization to deliver projects.
• Partner with Business Subject Matter Experts in the definition, creation, testing, training, implementation, and support of functional requirements.
• Solicit advanced requirements through meetings and/or existing systems documentation or procedures.
• Creation/revision of the following deliverables such as Process Maps, Business Requirements, Business Rules, User Flows, and support for related Training Documentation.
