Should have 1+ Year of ABAP development experience.
ABAP certification would be an added advantage
Experience or Knowledge in Classic / Interactive Reports, ALV, BDC, SAP Script/Smart forms, Dialog / Module programming is necessary for the position
Detailed knowledge of ABAP dictionary objects like tables, table types, search helps, lock objects is mandatory
Exposure to LSMW, Workflow, HR module, ALE/IDOC, BAPI/RFC will be an added advantage
Good Communication skills
