Knowledge in BASIS workload class mapping, Performance analysis/tuning of BASIS (Hands-on).
Expertise on ADS, Fiori, Solution manager, SAP BW, SLT ,NLS, ASE.
Knowledge in Focused Run, SAP Convergent Charging, SAP Convergent Mediation.
Expertise in ITSM process. Must be able to troubleshoot issues independently without any supervision. Should be able to handle MI calls independently.
Expertise in SAP Upgrades, HANA DB upgrades, DB refresh, DB Restore/Recovery.
Knowledge on SAP cloud products and Cloud connector is an added advantage.
