- Ensure effective Error Trend Analysis and Problem Management
- Provide support for Sev1 incidents and ensure timely resolution.
- Establish best practices and implement governance processes during upgrades, deployments, and functional and Infrastructure configurations.
- Review and analyze SAP OSS notes in prep for upgrades, new functionality , or support issues.
- Perform detailed planning & project management of implementation activities for updates & patching where required
- Review and validate system health audits
