• Understand and improve processes/interfaces with SAP’s upstream and downstream applications.
• Solution review of Partner led delivery to ensure the solution fits into PS roadmap and quality of deliverables
• Build Test Automation for all processes to enable quality deliverables and quicker deployments
• Enable Telemetry for all processes to identify issues for proactive resolution and continuous improvements
• Support Domain Architects in the definition of solution and technology roadmaps and industry standards
• Develop strong collaborative relationships with key Business users to deliver reliable, supportable business solutions
