Roles and Responsibilities

• Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP SF
• Design, customize, configure, and testing of SAP SF
• Interface knowledge amongst S4H, Concur, C4H, etc. with SF
• Identify gaps, issues, and solutions
• Act as liaison with business to understand the requirements and map them into SAP.
• Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements
• Provide ad-hoc training on SAP HR / SF Module
