• ERP background in Workday/ Oracle/ SAP/ PeopleSoft/ any other ERP
• Experience in HR processes and should have worked on more than two projects in a functional capacity on at least one HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, Time and Absence, Compensation modules
• Experience in HCM processes
• Experience in full life cycle HR Transformation project(s)
• Excellent Communication Skills
