• Production planning:
• Customer Scheduling (Order Processing)
• Capacity & inventory planning
• Plan production control activities to improve runtime while maintaining high quality, timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
• Prepare Material requirement Planning (MRP).
• Analyzing & monitoring the performance on both customer and product basis.
• Monthly, weekly and daily production planning.
• Identify areas and take actions to reduce manufacturing & operating costs.
• Follow-up with production and store dept. regarding material shortages.
