• Lead the QM deliverables in terms of code fixes, remediation, QM compliant, reprogramming and performance tuning on migration and upgrade case scenarios.
• Perform data mapping, data cleansing/conversion activities and data aging setup.
• Work closely with onsite and offshore team working on Functional, QM, Basis and Security during design and implementation.
• Work with SAP through service market place in articulating product gaps & issues in SAP.
• Work with Project teams to develop and resolve SAP QM issues.
• Proactively identify performance bottlenecks in the systems and come up with original and technically scalable solutions.
