• SAP Consultant for SAP SD module is Responsible for analyzing customers business requirements and tailoring the use of the system to meet those objectives
• Identifies and understands end users technical SAP requirements Builds and maintains strong end user relationships as single point of contact for all SAP SD related matters
• Must be proficient in the customer service and plant maintenance SAP modules
• Must be proficient in the following business processes Field service project planning creation costing revenue billing monitoring Repair project planning
• Work with on site team members onsite key users and managers to ensure that the tasks are delivered on time with customer expectation
