Job Description :

• Day to day production support activities in DP, PPDS.
• Meet the SLA requirements down for the support project.
• Daily troubleshooting of user queries and resolution of issues.
• Identify gaps, and issues and workaround solutions.
• Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems.
• Handle changes or emergency transports as needed for high-priority issues.
• Document functional designs, test cases, and results.
• Proactively identify and propose business processes and/or system enhancements.
