• Responsible for development, upgrade, support, and documentation of Salesforce
• Have a general understanding and ability to analyze business processes such as sales and account management and translate to CRM workflows
• Responsible for configuration and customization of Salesforce application to achieve the company’s business requirements
• Participate in software configuration, testing, training, and deployment
• Review, analyze, and modify programming systems, including coding, testing, debugging, and installing for a large-scale system. Maintain meticulous records to document program development and revisions.
