Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive at Stivaph Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. in Sanand. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for HR management, operations, employee relations, HR policies, and overall human resources functions.

• HR Management and HR Operations skills
• Experience in Employee Relations and HR Policies
• Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) practices
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field
