Requirements
• Execute and oversee daily HR operations, including employee record management, payroll processing, benefits administration, and leave management. • Ensure all HR activities comply with company policies, labor laws, and industry regulations. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR information systems (HRIS). Employee Onboarding And Orientation: • Supervise the employee onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for new hires. • Perform new employee orientations, introducing company policies, culture, and benefits to ensure successful integration into the organization. Talent Acquisition Supervision: • Oversee the talent acquisition process, working closely with the recruitment team to ensure timely and effective hiring. • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and participate in interview processes as needed. Process Adherence And Improvement: • Monitor adherence to established HR processes and procedures, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all HR activities. • Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development and implementation of new HR policies and procedures. • Collaborate with the HR manager to streamline HR operations and enhance efficiency. Employee Relations And Conflict Resolution: • Act as a liaison between employees and management, fostering positive employee relations and addressing concerns in a timely manner. • Provide support in resolving conflicts, ensuring a fair and consistent approach in line with company policies. • Facilitate open communication and encourage feedback to improve workplace satisfaction and morale Organizing And Coordinating Events: • Organize and coordinate townhall meetings, ensuring effective communication between leadership and employees. • Assist in planning and executing company events, including training sessions, workshops, and team-building activities. HR Metrics And Reporting: • Generate and analyze HR reports, providing insights to the HR Manager and other stakeholders to support decision-making and process optimization. • Track key HR metrics, such as employee turnover, attendance, and compliance, to ensure alignment with HR goals. Compliance And Record Keeping: • Ensure all HR operations are conducted in compliance with legal requirements and company policies. • Maintain accurate, confidential, and organized employee records, ensuring data integrity and privacy. Continuous Learning And Development: • Stay updated on HR best practices, labor laws, and industry trends to ensure the HR operations remain current and compliant. • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance HR knowledge and skills. Requirements • Strong communication and coordination skills. • Experience in HR operations, with at least 2 years of relevant experience preferred. • Graduate with relevant HR experience.
